I bought a slow cooker and it didn't work so got told they had replacement in stock and to come to Geraldton store so I did at a cost of $50 dollars each way in a taxi and when I arrived at the store they said there is no replacement available.

Bought a washing machine, drove home, 40km only to find it not working. Realised it had previously been unwrapped! Called shop, no worries to exchange just go to deliveries door... there being told it was not the machine we actually paid for and given another machine. No real apology, sorry for the extra 80km you had to drive, apology for giving you the wrong product. Unloading, loading and unloading again, of a frontloader washing machine is not a simple thing! I was really disappointed.

I was making enquiry about price and availability of a stainless steel frypan. Harvey Norman would price match. No. In stock, however they located one in Queensland, but I was happy to wait for next shipment. Production possibly held due to availability of silicon for production of parts

This review is for the bedding and furniture area of the Geraldton store - went in there to buy an item in the bedding area. The price in store was $80 more expensive than the price from their online store. After we pointed this out, the sales person said she'd see what she could do on the price and offered a reduction that was still $25 more expensive than the online price. We told her we'd order it online and she got snarky and said you do that" and that we'd still have to pay shipping ($15) - still cheaper than what she was offering. App. 15 minutes later we did "Click & Collect" and as it was in stock at the Geraldton store

After my latest Review on the washing machine saga, I received a phone call from Kai, who apologised for the mishap but reassured that the machine I had been given came directly from the factory; apologised for the staff member having given us the wrong machine and offered me a $50.00 gift card. I accepted. I must say the machine we have is great, an 8kg Hisense front loader. Did not realise how good it is to have a machine with delayed starting time when you want it. You can set it before you leave the house to finish as you return, meaning the washing does not sit there for the 7 hours... Thank you Harvey Norman. You restored my faith in you. Only 3 stars as it took a bad review to get it sorted. However the possibility for a 5 star next time!

I keep returning to the store for new purchases, latest was a great bargain on an electric iron. Have bought a fridge, washing machine vacuum cleaner and a tv since 2020. It's great when they remember you.

Great service from Nina. I went in to buy an oven, cook top, range hood, double sink and taps. Nina was so helpful and made choosing so much easier. All delivered today by a very obliging delivery man. Unfortunately I don't know his name.

Freezer stopped working after few months. 2 weeks later still nothing. Rang several times and still no answers. Poor to zero customer service.
