Daniel and his staff were super helpful, answering questions and putting up with the children being over tired. Once we got home and realised the fridge we bought wouldn't fit (before it was delivered) it was no problem for the guys to help us pick a new one and refund the difference. Great team and prices reasonable for location.

I've always found Harvey Norman Port Hedland computers to have awesome Customer Service. They never try to sell you stuff that you don't want & are very knowledgeable. I've never had problems returning faulty products. Will continue to shop here

Guy just couldn't get just wanted fast charge cord but none for Samsung 21 had to but 1x c to c and a lighter plug which only took c . Come on Hedland pick up your act there is more than just Apple products

Relaxed and knowledgeable staff. After returning home with the purchase, we realised it was damaged, owners and staff assessed the situation and offered a replacement free of charge, and we're open and constructive in the circumstances. Will shop again!

I bought a smartwatch at another Harvey Norman (Karratha) and the manager at that shop and their people were useless. In the end, he just tried to sell me the same smartwatch after I used mine and stop working after 4 months I used. Even when I tried to use the warranty... He didn´t care at all.Until I visit the store at Port Hedland, decided to visit the shop here and see if there was any solution to my problem. I was surprised by how the manager and her staff have handled the whole situation since the beginning.I am thankful for all the effort and help you bring me during this process. Barachois gave me excellent advices about how could I keep a good quality for my drone's pictures when I want to import them on another phone or laptop. He was really smiling and we can feel that he takes care of his customers and it's not only for sell something.Really good feeling, the shop was clean and tidy, I recommand !!

I bought a dishwasher from this store recently. The dishwasher was faulty from the get go. When I went to return the faulty dish washer, I got pushed around by the Harvey Norman staff saying that they need to log the job with the manufacturer first, then get a technician to come in and check it, and then if the technician deems it faulty is when you can replace it.I had to follow up with manufacturer directly for the technician to come and check the dishwasher, as there was no followup being done by Harvey Norman. Try calling Harvey Norman over 15 times, and no one likes to answer the phone. Required 5 trips to the store to sort this problem out.Manufacturer policy is that the dishwasher can be returned within 14 days of purchase without having the requirement of a technician. However, the staff were quite insistent on getting a technician to come and have a look at the dishwasher.Dishwasher on display is different to the one that was supplied. There were some obvious differences between the dishwashers. When I brought this up with the staff at the store, when I tried to return the dishwasher, I got given the story of different batches being made or possibility of it being made in different factories. This is obviously incorrect, as if there were design changes to the dishwasher there would be different model number. Very frustrating experience.

Kerrod was amazing with his help & knowledge of drones. Especially as we bought it at another harvey norman store. Nothing was to much of an effort when it came to our novice questions
